Business License Application

For all businesses seeking to obtain their Business/Merchant license; the Department of Revenue is requiring that you submit a No Tax Due Certificate from the State of Missouri if your business collects sales tax along with payment for your City Business/Merchant License.

You may obtain this certificate by contacting the Missouri Department of Revenue at 573-751-9268 or on-line at https://dors.mo.gov/tax/notaxdue/taxpayer.jsp

The certificate will only be accepted if you have obtained it within the last ninety (90) days.

You must also provide proof of insurance.

Payments may be made by cash or check only.  Checks must be written separate from any utility payments

Please return  application  with your no tax due certificate and appropriate fee to:
